Refund policy

Wearable Items

We accept returns on wearable items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all tags and packaging intact

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Collectible Items

Each collectible piece is carefully curated and preserved as part of our archive, and therefore is subject to special return conditions:

• Free worldwide shipping is included

• Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging

• Once the seal is broken, the item is considered final sale

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we inspect the returned item.
